Wir suchen für unser Stadtplanungsamt zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt

Dipl.-Ing. bzw. Bachelor oder Master (m/w/d)
der Studiengänge Stadtplanung bzw. Stadt- und Regionalplanung
oder
Architektur bzw. Raumplanung mit dem Studienschwerpunkt Städtebau oder Stadtplanung


Das Aufgabenspektrum umfasst insbesondere folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Strategische Stadt- und Verkehrsentwicklungsplanung
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Stadterneuerungsmaßnahmen
  • Erarbeitung von städtebaulichen Entwürfen, Rahmenplanungen sowie Bebauungskonzepten
  • Aufstellung, Änderung sowie Aufhebung von Bauleitplänen (z. T. mit städtebaulichen Ver-trägen)
  • Beratung von Investoren in planungsrechtlichen Fragen
  • Vorbereitung und Betreuung von extern zu vergebenden Stadtplanungsleistungen
  • Unterstützung der Amtsleitung (ggf. Übertragung der Vertretung)
  • Erstellung entsprechender Sitzungsvorlagen


Wir erwarten:

  • ein abgeschlossenes Studium in einer der o. g. Fachrichtungen (Dipl.-Ing., Bachelor oder Master) bzw. die beamtenrechtliche Laufbahnbefähigung für die dritte Qualifikationsebene der Fachlaufbahn Naturwissenschaft und Technik, fachlicher Schwerpunkt bautechnischer und umweltfachlicher Verwaltungsdienst, im Fachgebiet Hochbau oder Städtebau
  • praktische Erfahrungen und fundierte Kenntnisse innerhalb des o. g. Aufgabenspektrums (entsprechende Arbeitsproben sind der Bewerbung beizufügen)
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikations- und Dialogfähigkeit
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Eigeninitiative und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • sicherer Umgang mit Office-Standardsoftware

 
Erwünscht sind:

  • Fähigkeit zur Darstellung komplexer Sachverhalte in der Öffentlichkeit sowie vor politischen Gremien
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung innerhalb des o. g. Aufgabenspektrums
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Geo-Informationssysteme sowie CAD (AutoCad)
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Bodenmanagementstrategien und sozialgerechter Bodennutzung

Bundesfreiwilligendienstleistende (m/w/d)

Der Bundesfreiwilligendienst steht Personen offen, die die Vollzeitschulpflicht erfüllt haben.
Der zeitliche Rahmen umfasst 6 – 12 Monate mit einer wöchentlichen Arbeitszeit von 39 Stunden. Teilzeitvereinbarungen sind möglich.

  • im Bereich Garten- und Landschaftsbau
  • bei der Biotop-Pflege

BfD-Dienst in Macerata (Angebot 1)

OPEN CALL FOR AN EVS EXPERIENCE OF 4 MONTH IN MACERATA (ITALY)
YOUTHQUAKE PROJECT
LOCATIONS: Sportello Informanziani IRCR Macerata
Starting in January 2019


Project context:

The strategic EVS “Youthquake” project was born in the 2016 when a large area of central Italy was hit by a series of earthquakes. This led to a loss of lives, homes, economic resources, social infrastructure and damaged the rich historical and artistic heritage of the region. The name of the project, Youthquake, puts together Youth and earthquake, the two main elements involved: through the energies and competencies of young European volunteers it aims at contributing to the social, economic, physical reconstruction of the areas of central Italy affected by the earthquake.

Description:

The city of Macerata is located in the Marche Region, in Central Italy, and has just over 40.000 inhabitants, 7.329 of which (17.3% of the population) are young people aged from 15 to 30 years old. The Municipality is responsible for the management of its population and territory, including cultural heritage, social services and economic growth. Macerata can boast a rich and active social life thanks to the presence of a University of ancient traditions, an Academy of Arts and more than 150 associations, which enrich the offer of events, from the environment to culture, from entrepreneurship to volunteering. The 2016 earthquake has affected also our Municipality and it is still possible to perceive its effects in terms of housing problem, as well as economic and social ones, which have affected in particular the most vulnerable groups (children, elderly people and people with disabilities).

For this project, the Municipality of Macerata will collaborate with ASP IRCR, a public body active in the field of elderly care, and ANFASS, an organization dealing with services for people with Down Syndrome. Collaborations will also be established with the local schools, so that the volunteers, with their presence, can talk to the pupils and students about the beauty of being part of a United Europe and bring to them their own experience. Another actor of the project will be the Association "Strade d’Europa", which manages an Eurodesk local information provider.

Among the many associations in Macerata, there is also the ESN Macerata, which offers a wide range of activities for Erasmus students and has declared its willingness to include our EVS volunteers in their activities. The volunteers will then have the opportunity to live in a lively and multicultural context.

Location of this specific position will be the “Sportello Informanziani” (Senior Help desk), managed by ASP IRCR. The Help desk, acting as a space of listening, provides users with information, and orientation for elderly and their family.

Volunteers’ Tasks:

The volunteers will be included in the following activities:

Activity 1: supporting the operators of the “Sportello InformAnziani” in the following task:

  • reception at the “Sportello InformAnziani”;
  • home delivery of medications, picking up prescriptions and purchasing medications;
  • accompanying elderly, unable to use public transport (hospitals, doctors, supermarkets etc);
  • preparation, printing and distribution of informative material in places where elderly spend time, as well as updating the website;
  • preparation of entertainment activities for elderly

Activity 2: Italian language classes

Activity 3: Social inclusion: Intercultural activities in partnership with ESN Macerata

The volunteers will work max 35/38 hours for week with the availability to work sometimes with turnation in the weekend or in the evening; the volunteers will have 2 free days per week

Volunteers requisites:

No specific requisite is needed. However, a degree in Social Sciences will be valued positively as well as a good knowledge of English and a basic knowledge of Italian,

Volunteers should be interested in working with elderly and ideally have some experiences in this field. They should have strong interpersonal skills, be proactive and adaptable, as well as able to work in an intercultural group.

Food and Accomodation:

The volunteers will be accommodated in a shared apartment (shared double bedroom) near the city centre and the hosting organization will give to them the food allowance monthly.

The EVS includes:

  • Flights (roundtrip) up to 290 Euro/ 275 (roundtrip) for French Participants
  • Food and accommodation
  • Private insurance
  • Pocket money: 4 euro for day
  • Italian language course
  • Support of a tutor/mentor for all the duration of the project
  • Training course organized by the Italian National Agency of Youth
  • Youthpass

Locations of this specific position will be the Anffas association and a Family Centre of the Municipality of Macerata, where istitutions, associations and families work together on projects aimed at improving children’s everyday life and at promoting positive parenting, as well as the social inclusion of people with disability.

Volunteers’ Tasks:

The volunteers will be included in the activities of the locations in the following tasks:

Activity 1: supporting the educators and operators of Family Center in the different services offered:

  • the "Giocare Insieme" (Let’s play together), a space devoted to families, especially those with pre-school age children (0-3 years old), where they are engaged in recreational activities which are beneficial for individual development and familiar relations.
  • "Centro Educativo" (Educational Centre), an educational service where volunteers will support primary and secondary school children with their homework (especially English homework) and organize afterschool activities depending on their interests and in agreement with educators.
  • "Centro di aggregazione per disabili" (Centre for disabile people), a space devoted to families with disabled teenagers which aimes at improving their relational and communicative skills as well as and their autonomy.

Activity 2: supporting  the educators, social workers and the other figures during the educational and entertainment activities for disabled people residing in the Anffas facilities

Activity 3: Italian language classes

Activity 4: Social inclusion: Intercultural activities in partnership with ESN Macerata

Location of this specific position will be the Biblioteca "Mozzi Borgetti of the Municipality of Macerata", a public library  founded in 1773 and with over 350.000 volumes. The library’s building hosts the Association “Strade d’Europa” and the “Sportello InformaGiovani” (Youth Help desk) too, allowing a collaboration among these organizations in the management of the EVS volunteers.

Volunteers’ Tasks:

Activity 1: supporting the employees of the library, Association “Strade d’Europa” and “Sportello InformaGiovani” in the following task:

  • ideation and realization of educational and entertainment activities (readings aloud in English for children, workshops, guided listening labs, film viewings, books’ presentations, theatre lab etc.)
  • ideation and realization of activities in the local schools (eg. Readings aloud and activities aimed at promoting the knowledge on the European Union on the its opportunities for young people)
  • online promotion of the events

Activity 2: Italian language classes

Activity 3: Social inclusion: Intercultural activities in partnership with ESN Macerata

The volunteers will work max 35/38 hours per week with the availability to work sometimes with turnation in the weekend or in the evening; the volunteers will have 2 free days per week.

However, a degree in Humanities  will be valued positively as well as a good knowledge of English and a basic knowledge of Italian, Volunteers should be interested in working with children and teenagers and ideally have some experiences in this field. They should have strong interpersonal skills, be proactive and adaptable, as well as able to work in an intercultural group.

Food and Accomodation:

The volunteers will be accommodated in a shared apartment (shared double bedroom) near the city centre and the hosting organization will give to them the food allowance monthly.
